About the role
You Lend Limited in Atlanta seeks a Head of Collections, US to own performance across the US, leading a five-person team through rapid growth. You will build hiring, onboarding, and training processes, then advance analytics, segmentation, and contact strategies to drive cure rates, repayment speeds, and cost-to-collect.
Reporting to the Global Head of Collections, you will shape the operating model, coordinate with Credit Risk, Finance, and Technology, and own the portfolio from first contact
