Description:
The Guest Relations Representative creates a positive and safe experience for all of our guests that aligns with our mission, culture, and core values leaving a lasting impression on our guests. This position serves as the "face" of the hospital to guests and the "voice" of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM to 4:30PMQualifications
Education:
High School Diploma required. Two years of college or vocational education preferred.
Experience:
1+ years in customer service, hospitality role 1+ year in administrative, clerical or similar role
License/Certification/Credential:
