About the role
The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Functional Lead to support a multi-year ERP harmonization initiative in the energy sector. This remote consulting role places you as the primary Workday SME for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, coordinating with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and Digital teams. You will lead design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities, guide requirements, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation partners.
