About the role
To support client engagement, the part-time Bilingual Engagement Specialist will serve as the primary contact for clients, educating them about career transition services and connecting them to appropriate resources while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Educate clients on LHH programs and engage in active listening to address their needs and concerns
Manage client inquiries through calls, emails, and SMS, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
Meet engagement KPI metrics while documenting all interactions accurately in the ORBIT system
Required qualifications
Bilingual in English and French (preferably French-Canadian) with strong verbal and written skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in sales and customer service
Ability to work a set Monday-Friday schedule in a distraction-free home office
Familiarity with computer systems and internet connectivity requirements
