Meet restaurant and retail owners face to face, show them a better way to run their business, and get paid for what you close. $45,000 to $60,000 base, plus commission and bonuses, a vehicle allowance, 401(k) match, and health insurance. About Paramount Paramount Payment Systems is a Meridian, Idaho company helping restaurants and retailers with POS systems, payment processing, and business tools. We've been doing it since 2003, with local support our customers can actually reach.
What you'll do: • Prospect restaurants and retailers across the Treasure Valley through face-to-face visits• Find the owner or decision maker and ask questions to understand their business• Schedule and run in-person POS demos• Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process• Log all prospects, activity, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM• Train with our sales and support teams on POS, technology, and products What you bring (must-haves)• 1+ year of B2B sales experience• Outgoing, confident, and a strong listener• Self-motivated and competitive, with the persistence to hit goals• Comfortable learning new software and working in Word, Excel, and Outlook• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
Nice to have: experience selling POS, payments, or software to small businesses.
