As demand for home wellness continues to grow, we are expanding and looking for a Store Manager to lead showroom operations and drive sales performance. This role is responsible for leading the team, executing sales strategy, and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. What You'll Lead
  • Daily showroom operations
  • Sales performance and revenue growth

  • Inventory and merchandising standards
  • Customer experience and service quality This is a hands-on leadership role where the manager leads from the floor.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently lift and move 50–75 lb merchandise
  • Assist with showroom displays and product movement

Ideal Background:
  • Retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Sales and customer service experience
