About the role

Joining a dynamic Global Fulfillment Team in Hong Kong, the full-time Associate (English and Japanese) will focus on recruiting industry experts, conducting industry research, and coordinating client communications to drive project success. Key Responsibilities: Recruit new experts for the network and vet candidates from the internal database for specific project needs Conduct industry research to identify, vet, and present qualified experts for client projects Manage communications with experts and clients while coordinating project timelines and deliverables Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree Prior experience in an expert network Language proficiency in English and Japanese Strong organizational and time management skills Proactive attitude with adaptability and problem-solving abilities
