RealREPP is a nationally recognized, full-service recruitment firm who has teamed up with a growing, stable, and dynamic MEP Design Build Construction firm to assist them in hiring a Temp to Hire Project Accountant in undefined, undefined. Responsibilities Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly project billings per contract requirements. Performs financial analysis and reconciliation of project costs versus project budget. Manages vendor compliance, insurance, lien waivers, retention and W-9s Produces and analyzes job performance and profitability through jobs cost tracking reports. Assists in preparation of status reports and maintains accurate project statuses and budget information in COINs. Identifies and resolves basic and more complex project-related accounting issues and resolves in a timely manner.
