About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Vue.js Developer to lead frontend development efforts, with 8 to 10 years experience drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Vue 3 and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable frontend applications using Vue 3 and the Composition APIDefine and enforce frontend architecture standards, coding practices, and best practices across the team
- Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines
- Manage application state effectively using Pinia or Vuex
- Implement and optimize client-side routing with Vue RouterDesign and integrate REST APIs, ensuring robust error handling and data flow
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; optimize rendering, bundle size, and load times
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, providing technical direction and career development support
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to technical decision-making, including tooling, libraries, and system design choices
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Vue 3, including the Composition APIAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptDeep understanding of state management patterns using Pinia and/or VuexSolid experience with Vue Router and complex routing scenarios
- Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIsStrong grasp of frontend architecture, design patterns, and scalable application structure
- Experience conducting and leading code reviews
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve performance issues
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, Cypress)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tooling (Vite, Webpack)
- Exposure to microfrontend architectures or design systems
