About the role
Nutrition Services Assistant This is an open and promotional recruitment to establish an eligibility list to fill the current vacant positions for the 2026 - 2027 school year. The eligibility list will be used to fill any vacancies which may occur within a period of one year, or until depleted. Nutrition Services Assistant positions typically work 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, 10 months per school year. The recruitment process will consist of a training and experience evaluation and a structured interview, which will be scheduled on an ongoing basis. BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned administrator and/or Nutrition Services Lead, prepare and serve hot and cold food items at an assigned school site; maintain food service facilities, equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition. Any combination equivalent to: sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
