Role Description: The Data Entry Specialist role at atlas. is a part-time, remote position focused on accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across company systems and databases. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing source documents, inputting information into digital records, verifying data for completeness and correctness, and identifying and correcting any discrepancies. The specialist will organize files, ensure consistent data formatting, and support administrative processes such as preparing simple reports, updating logs, and maintaining records. This role also involves communicating with team members to clarify information, follow established workflows, and meet deadlines while adhering to data security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications: Strong Typing skills and high attention to detail for accurate data entry. Solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and cloud-based tools. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and clarifying data requirements. Experience in Customer Service or Administrative Assistance for handling inquiries and supporting routine office tasks. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet productivity goals. Familiarity with basic data quality practices and confidentiality requirements. Prior experience in a data entry, administrative, or operations role is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or IT is a plus.
