About the role

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Clinician-Team Lead in Ogdensburg, NY to manage a client caseload and supervise a team of clinicians. You will identify goals to improve emotional, social, and daily functioning while ensuring adherence to agency policies and state regulations. The role requires a Master’s in social work or mental health, licensure eligibility, and prior supervisory experience. On-site work with a 40-hour week is expected, with occasional home visits and strong emphasis on documentation
