We’re seeking an Outpatient Social Worker to join a dedicated behavioral health team in Mesa. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about supporting individuals navigating mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical support, build strong therapeutic relationships, and help individuals move toward stability, recovery, and long-term wellness.

💙 What You’ll Do: Provide individual, group, and family counseling Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions Support individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and crisis-related needs Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive client care Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMRParticipate in case reviews, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional development🔎
