Parking Attendant Make a Difference from the Moment Patients ArriveJoin our Parking & Valet team and help create a welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and families. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you'll safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with wayfinding, support parking operations across campus, and play an important role in providing exceptional customer service. Schedule Rotating shifts: 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m., and 12:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Combination of 1st and 2nd shift hours Rotating weekends and holidays required
Responsibilities: Greet patients, visitors, and guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude. Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles while following all safety procedures. Maintain accurate vehicle records and securely manage vehicle keys. Assist with traffic flow and parking operations in designated valet areas. Operate departmental communication equipment and respond promptly to service requests. Provide wayfinding assistance and help guests navigate the hospital campus. Assist with parking equipment monitoring and basic upkeep, such as replenishing tickets and receipt paper. Support employee transportation services, including operation of a non-CDL employee shuttle when needed. Report vehicle damage, incidents, or operational concerns to leadership immediately. Perform additional duties that support parking operations and customer service excellence.
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to safety and detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and punctual with a positive attitude. Valid driver's license required; a clean driving record within the past five years is preferred. Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Act 31 Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Training required within 90 days of hire (and renewal as required).Pennsylvania Act 33 Clearance.
