About the role
To enhance client engagement, the fully remote Private Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, delivering a luxury shopping experience while developing and nurturing customer relationships before transitioning them to Private Client Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high-touch, luxury shopping experience to new clients across various channels
Develop new customers through personalized styling and service, facilitating their transition to PCA books
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining strong client relationships
Required Qualifications:
Experience in luxury retail, fashion, clienteling, or customer service roles
Strong understanding of digital commerce and luxury client expectations
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Client-first mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
