This role manages day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, maintaining records, and ensuring the office environment is professional and efficient. The position involves greeting clients, answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. The Administrative Assistant Office Manager will oversee office supplies and equipment, coordinate mail and deliveries, and support basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks as needed.
