Billing SupervisorBethesda, MDSalary in the 65-72K rangeAddison Group's client is searching for a Billing Supervisor to join their team in Bethesda, MD. This role is on-site with a starting salary in the 65-72K range.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily billing activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Train, support, and manage the billing team.Review and approve invoices, credit memos, and adjustments.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.Resolve billing errors and customer inquiries.Improve billing processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.Work with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of billing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.Experience with billing systems and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Strong leadership and team management skills.High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and customer service skills.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
