About the role
- Lead, support, and develop our nursing and clinical team
- Oversee the delivery of quality, resident-centered care
- Ensure compliance with Illinois Supportive Living Program requirements and applicable regulations
- Partner closely with the Executive Director and leadership team
- Support staffing, training, clinical documentation, and quality initiatives
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Help create a welcoming, supportive culture for residents and employees
- Active Illinois RN license required
- Nursing leadership experience as a DON, ADON, Wellness Director, Director of Nursing Services, or similar role
- Supportive Living experience is highly preferred
- Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, or other healthcare leadership experience will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, and resident care
- A warm, collaborative leadership style with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable being a visible, hands-on leader
