About the role

Hilton is seeking Housekeepers / Room Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts. Employees must ensure rooms meet Hilton cleanliness and brand standards and are ready for arriving guests. Housekeepers may also respond to guest requests and report maintenance issues when needed. This position typically pays $15 to $24 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, weekend pay, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses depending on location and hotel. Housekeepers are responsible for completing a set number of rooms per shift, performing deep cleaning tasks when required, organizing housekeeping carts, replacing linens, cleaning hallways when assigned, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Employees must follow Hilton cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hotel service standards. Full-time employees may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, employee hotel discounts, tuition assistance programs, and opportunities for advancement into Housekeeping Supervisor or Hotel Management roles. Some hotels may also offer attendance bonuses, room quotas bonuses, and shift differential pay.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
