About the role
Henderson Group in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Senior Estimator – Residential to lead preconstruction estimates for large multi-family, HUD, OFHA, and senior housing projects.
You will manage the estimating lifecycle, drive takeoffs and pricing, and present cost data to clients while building strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Relocation assistance is available.
