About the role

Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Global Technical Services Director-Refrigerants to build and lead a worldwide technical service organization focused on refrigerants. You will guide multi-vertical teams across commercial/industrial refrigeration, residential AC, chillers, and data center applications. You will report to the Sr Director of Global Marketing and operate from Morris Plains, NJ or Buffalo, NY on a hybrid model, collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D while driving product
