Safety Director

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs to ensure all employees are aware of workplace safety protocols and procedures. Assess various job tasks to identify potential hazards and develop Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) to outline safe work practices. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential hazards in the workplace. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Assist with various safety-related tasks as needed, including maintaining safety records, participating in safety audits, and supporting the overall safety culture of the organization.

Qualifications: At least 8 years of safety experience High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Good experience in taking steps to prevent injuries from becoming recordables.
