About the role

Hybrid Remote Opportunity This is an excellent patent attorney opportunity within a well established and rapidly growing practice. The primary focus will be preparation & prosecution of patents for major domestic corporate clients, opinions, due diligence, PTAB related support, and possibly trademarks if you desire. Client assignment and responsibility will be dependent upon your technical expertise, experience, and demonstrated ability. Notably, this firm has extremely reasonable expectations regarding production wherein you have the flexibility to establish your own targets according to your lifestyle objectives. They have also invested heavily in infrastructure and various types of AI and administrative tools that can help you be more efficient with your time. There is a generous benefits package, inclusive of profit sharing for associates and full support for your client development efforts. This is a culture wherein younger and mid-level attorneys can continue to grow as well-rounded practitioners. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
