About the role

Worldpay in the United States is seeking a Benefits Manager to own and execute the national benefits strategy across wellness, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and leaves. You will coordinate with recordkeepers, TPAs, auditors, legal counsel, payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless operations and governance. You will develop clear comms for wellbeing initiatives, coach direct reports, and drive cost-effective, high-value programs while partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
