Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing using the DHS Trusted Tester methodology and prepare conformance reports. Participate in release readiness reviews.
Required Qualifications: Three or more years of software testing experience, including test automation. DHS Certified Trusted Tester (Section 508) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of start. Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing AI/ML or data-intensive applications. Federal agency experience.
Benefits: Softek offers compensation at par with the industry, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off and federal holidays, and support for professional certifications and training. Softek is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All positions require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability determination.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
