About the role

Tem Positions Group of Companies seeks dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities under Residential Manager supervision. DSPs deliver person-centered services in a supportive, safe residence and promote resident rights and community inclusion. Responsibilities include implementing ISPs and behavioral plans, assisting with personal care, housekeeping, scheduling, nutrition, and meticulous documentation in Therap.
