About the role
Client Services Assistant Mittera is looking for a Client Services Assistant to join our team! Client Services Assistant support the day-to-day operations of the department, which includes various clerical and administrative tasks. This position works under supervision but must know how to work independently to plan and accomplish goals. Must perform all functions with the highest level of consistency, compassion, and confidentiality as it relates to Mittera's values and overall customer experience. The Administrative Assistant is a key member supporting leadership team members and ensuring smooth operation in the office area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee general office operation Maintain a neat and professional appearance throughout the office area Provide administrative support to leadership team Operates telephone console to receive all in-coming calls. Screens callers, provides information, responds to routine inquiries or routes calls to appropriate person or department. Coordinate with facilities management or vendors regarding office space, parking, and related issues Assist the accounting team with data entry and document management Purchase office supplies and maintain proper stock levels Maintain an organized and efficient filing/storage system for all files and office supplies Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail including receiving and sending packages Assists Sales and Service teams in job entry and organization of print-focused projects. May be assigned some smaller customer accounts to manage, once an individual has gained adequate experience. Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 2 - 3 years of experience in an office setting Proficient with office software Effective communications skills with all levels within the organization, guests, and outside vendors Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times. Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination. Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility. Work Environmental Factors While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazardous materials. A production employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
