This role processes a variety of financial transactions, account activities, and operational requests in a high-volume environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Work Model: On-Site
What You Will Do:
Process daily operational tasks including account setup, maintenance, transfers, and asset movement activities
Complete routine and complex transactions efficiently and accurately
Review work for accuracy and identify potential discrepancies or issues before processing
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and account-related concerns
Follow established procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards
Utilize financial systems, software applications, and internal tools to complete work efficiently
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
What You Will Need to Be Successful: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and build positive working relationships across teams
A proactive, self-motivated approach to work with a willingnessto embrace change
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
1+ years of experience within the financial services industry (preferred)
Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven processing environment (preferred)
Familiarity with financial products, account maintenance, and transaction processing (preferred)
