About the role

Micro-Tronics Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Site Controller to lead the financial function for the site and partner with Site Co-General Managers and the Division VP of Finance. You will drive strategy, improve profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency while ensuring GAAP compliance and SOX controls. The role oversees month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development, mentoring accounting staff and partnering with operations to optimize cost and inventory management.
