Job Summary
Position Type: On-site Sign-on Bonuses up to $15,000.00 As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy treatment to patients of all ages under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist. All procedures are carried out in accordance with established standards, policies, protocols and guidelines. This position requires a two-year approved schooling for Certified Physical Therapist Assistant. Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois and without previous disciplinary action in Illinois or another state. Schedule Full Time, Days Licensure / Certification / Registry Illinois eligible/licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. CPR certification is required. Experience Work experience preferred. Other Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Universal Precautions Category I. Pay Transparency$24.04 - $37.26 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program is dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
