Distribution Supervisor- 3rd Shift Seeking a 3rd Shift Distribution Supervisor to lead a growing overnight distribution operation in Columbus. The current team is small, making this a strong opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who can establish consistent processes as the shift develops.
What You'll Do: Supervise approximately five distribution/warehouse employees on 3rd shift. Coordinate loading, unloading, shipping, receiving and material staging. Monitor inventory movement and warehouse organization. Use warehouse/ERP systems to maintain accurate records and workflow. Train employees and reinforce safety and productivity standards. Communicate shift activity and issues to operations leadership.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of logistics, warehouse or distribution experience.
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn warehouse/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of loading/unloading, shipping/receiving and inventory practices.
  • Ability to work 3rd shift in Columbus, OH.Company
  • Decades in business with operations in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.
