Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Clerk based in Lancaster, PA. The Data Entry Clerk will accurately input resident, administrative, and operational data into electronic systems, update records, and ensure information is current and complete. Day-to-day tasks include verifying data for accuracy, organizing and maintaining files, generating basic reports, and supporting administrative processes such as scheduling and documentation. The role also involves communicating with staff to clarify information, responding to routine inquiries, and following established procedures to protect confidentiality and comply with organizational policies.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and attention to detail for accurate and efficient data entry. Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and common office software. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance abilities, such as organizing documents, maintaining records, and supporting office workflows. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with colleagues and clear documentation. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for courteous, professional interactions with residents, families, and staff. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and follow data privacy guidelines. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in data entry or healthcare administration is beneficial.
