About the role
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for target audiences.· Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches and feature releases.· Create high-quality written content including product briefs, web copy, sales presentations, customer communications, thought leadership articles, and competitive battle cards.· Partner with Product Management to deeply understand customer needs, market trends, roadmap priorities, and product capabilities.· Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform strategy.· Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with training, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing materials.· Build compelling customer value propositions and product narratives.· Drive adoption and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.· Measure and optimize launch effectiveness, product adoption, and market performance.· Serve as the voice of the customer in cross-functional planning and execution.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing or demand experience in a B2B or B2C technology company.· Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, compelling language.· Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of customer-facing content.· Experience launching products and driving cross-functional initiatives.· Strong understanding of customer research, product strategy, and go-to-market execution.· Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.· Experience working directly with executive leadership and presenting strategic recommendations.· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Compensation$120,000 + annual bonus + benefits There will be some travel to trade shows and events. Approximately 1/quarter.
