Express Family Logistics is growing in Charlotte, and we're looking for experienced logistics sales professionals who want more than another seat at another brokerage. We're looking for someone who likes to build, compete, win, and grow. Someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and knows that strong customer relationships are earned over time. Since 2003, Express has built its business around mission-critical transportation. Today, we support customers across North America with FTL, LTL, Expedite, AOG, and time-sensitive ground transportation. You sell. Our Operations team helps you deliver. You won't be expected to spend your day tracking trucks, chasing drivers, or solving every operational issue yourself. You'll have an experienced team behind you so you can spend more time doing what actually grows your book. What Winning Looks Like HereYou'll own your business from prospecting through close and account growth. That means: Building and managing a strong pipeline using tools like ZoomInfo and HubSpotProspecting consistently- phone, email, networking, referrals, and your existing relationships Running customer meetings and uncovering real transportation problems Turning opportunities into long-term, profitable accounts Growing gross margin within your customer base Working closely with Operations to make sure what you sell gets delivered Knowing your numbers and taking ownership of your results The strongest people on our team are competitive, confident, and able to work independently while still being a strong team player. You'll probably fit in well here if you: Have proven experience selling logistics, freight, or transportation services Understand FTL, expedite, dedicated, or time-critical transportation Can create opportunities instead of waiting for leads to appear Handle hearing “no” without losing momentum Ask good questions, take feedback, and adjust Want your performance to have a direct impact on what you earn An existing book of business or established shipper relationships is a plus, not a requirement. We're much more interested in whether you know how to build one.
