Division CFO
Overview: As Division CFO, you will lead the division's financial governance and reporting, ensuring timely, accurate data and adherence to corporate policies. You will oversee homebuilding operations finance, supervise staff, and maintain internal controls and SOX compliance. You'll manage budgeting, land development and project costs, and partner with the Division President to execute the five-year plan. This role combines strategic finance leadership with operations oversight in a Fortune 500 homebuilder environment. Compensation /

Responsibilities: Maintain timely, accurate financial information and five-year plan for leadership Oversee division homebuilding finance and coordinate across departments Ensure training and proper use of JD Edwards system Maintain effective internal controls and SOX compliance Guarantee accuracy of monthly financial close and reporting reflecting division operations Review land deals for corporate, regional, and division requirements Monitor development and selling, general and administrative budgets with backup in place Promote professional ethics and sound business decisions Drive policy improvements and technology-enabled process enhancements Travel as needed Supervise two or more employees
Key requirements: Master's degree or equivalent Seven to ten years of related experience and/or training Proficiency with MS Office and email Strong communication skills
Preferred: prior homebuilding industry experience Ability to multi-task and attention to detail Willingness to travel overnight
