Caterpillar is building a greenfield smart manufacturing campus in Sanford, North Carolina. We seek a Senior Program Manager to lead the integrated delivery across seven workstreams, driving alignment and readiness for startup. You will partner with HR, IT/OT, suppliers, and operations to manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and decisions, ensuring a successful handoff and measurable program health.
