Restoration & Carpet Cleaning Technician

What You’ll Do: As a Restoration & Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will assist with a variety of residential and commercial cleaning and restoration projects, including: Carpet and upholstery cleaning Water damage cleanup and restoration Extraction and drying of water-damaged areas Setting up and monitoring drying equipment Fire and smoke damage cleanup Odor removal and cleaning Mold remediation and containment Cleaning and sanitizing affected areas Moving and protecting furniture and contents as needed Demolition and removal of damaged materials when necessary Loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining equipment Following company procedures and safety guidelines Communicating professionally with customers and team members Taking photos and documenting work performed Keeping vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized

What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up to work on time Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn Is comfortable working in a hands-on environment Can follow instructions and company procedures Takes pride in their work Works well independently and as part of a team Has good communication and customer-service skills Is able to work in different environments and conditions Is comfortable getting dirty and doing physical work Can lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in carpet cleaning, water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, construction, janitorial services, or other related fields is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. IICRC certifications are a plus but are not required.
