About the role
Job Description:
Snelling is hiring for Inventory Specialists in the Mesquite area on Day shift The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting inventory control processes. This role ensures product accuracy, proper labeling, and system integrity through routine audits and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Manage reservations and ensure proper allocation of materials
- Verify product information, quantities, and locations within the WMSApply and maintain accurate barcode labeling
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies
