About the role
Sportsmith is seeking a Rehab Specialist to collaborate with Rehab staff to develop and implement individualized development plans for players in the rehab group, ensuring clear messaging on development objectives, rehabilitation goals, and organizational standards.
You will balance rehabilitation coaching with broader player development, support players through the rehab process to facilitate a successful return to competition, provide daily progress documentation, and contribute to monthly
