Requirements:
Direct experience required for some positions Comprehensive knowledge of trading cards and/or sports required for any role High school Diploma/GED desired Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management Must have the ability to meet or exceed sales, guest service standards Must be comfortable working and speaking with the public Must have basic computer skills Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs Clear understanding of retail metrics including key performance indicators necessary to drive sales Card Vault by Tom Brady is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
