About the role

Zoom is seeking a Technical Account Engineer for its Elite team in a structured hybrid environment. You will act as the primary technical expert and escalation point for Zoom's most complex voice, video, and unified communications challenges. You will partner with engineering, Client Services, TAC, and Sales to diagnose issues through resolution, using logs, packet captures, SIP traces, and Zoom tools. Strong UC/CC knowledge and on-call availability are essential.
