About the role
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat foot and ankle conditions, including arthritis, fractures, corns, and calluses
- Prescribe orthotics and provide therapeutic treatments
- Perform inpatient and outpatient foot and ankle surgeries
- Conduct inpatient consults and manage hospitalized patients
- Provide high-quality patient care in a clinic-based setting
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- ScheduleMondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PMUp to 35 patients per day in clinic
- No regular weekend call
- Occasional weekend inpatient rounds if needed
- SupportFull clinic nursing staff provided
- Doctoral Degree in Podiatric Medicine (DPM)
- Minimum 2 years of recent podiatry experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ACGME or AOA residency)
- Oklahoma medical license required
- Any valid state DEA license required
- Oklahoma CDS license requiredBLS and ACLS required (AHA certification not required)
- Clean professional history:
- No malpractice history
- No remedial action plans
