About the role
Warehouse Assistant Wholesale Assistants have various duties related to product and inventory management, customer service, and administrative tasks within a wholesale environment. Their main responsibilities typically include: Assist with the receipt, storage, and tracking of stock. Maintain accurate inventory records. Process customer orders and handle customer service on the floor. Manage returns and exchanges. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Help with the analysis of sales data and forecast future demand. Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients and suppliers. Receiving new merchandise. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and have excellent customer service skills. Familiarity with wholesale operations and inventory management systems is highly beneficial. Proven experience in a similar role within a wholesale or retail environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
