Job Description Capitol Helicopters Inc.is currently accepting resumes for a Fleet Mechanic. Qualified Candidates must have mechanical experience on gas and diesel vehicles. In addition to this experience, mechanics with a Commercial Drivers License is preferred. Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must pass random drug/alcohol screening
- Class C Driver's License or greaterCDL Preferred (California Driver License)
- Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs or more.
- Previous Mechanic experience
- Ability to organize, plan and execute projects with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair to light and heavy vehicles
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, drivetrain, powertrain systems
Fleet Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Fleet Mechanic Reports Directly to the Fleet Manager
- Safely performs maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair or replace components
