Creative Strategist
About the role
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs (ad copy, UGC scripts, video, landing-page direction) that a designer can execute on the first round.
- Help shape and manage the creative direction of a client's assets, keeping work on-brand and on-strategy.
- Contribute to concepting: bringing hooks, angles, and formats worth testing to the strategist you support.
- Help translate ad performance and customer insight into creative input, with a senior CS guiding the strategic calls.
- QA assets against brief, brand, copy, and spec before they move forward.
- Keep briefs, timelines, and status organized and current so the pod isn't chasing you.
- Where This Role Can GrowThis is built as an on-ramp. You'll start supporting an account's creative direction and briefs alongside a senior Creative Strategist. As you build a track record, the path opens toward:
- Fuller account support: carrying more of the creative direction and brief load for an account.
- Independent strategy: making more of the data and concepting calls yourself, with lighter oversight.
- Owning accounts: growing into a full Creative Strategist who owns the client relationship and creative strategy end-to-end.
- We'll be clear about what earning that growth looks like.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
