About the role

Corestaff Services is seeking a polished, professional Receptionist/General Assistant to support our client, an international development organization, at their Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional to be the welcoming face of a mission-driven organization while providing essential administrative support to the team. Location: Miami, FL (on-site) Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday, 8 am -5 pm Pay Rate: $21 Assignment Length: 1-2 months TemporaryKey ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors, staff, and guests in a warm, professional manner and manage front desk operations Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage general office email/voicemail inboxes Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing shipments Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception and common area Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting/event setup and coordination Order and maintain office supplies and kitchen/pantry inventory Provide general administrative support: data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence Assist staff with travel coordination, expense reports, or calendar support as needed Support special projects and other duties as assigned by office leadership QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional phone etiquette Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred given Miami market and international client base Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site full-time
