This position combines substantial data entry responsibilities with member service and general office support. Responsibilities:
Enter and update information accurately, with data entry serving as a primary daily responsibility. Provide backup front desk coverage, answer incoming calls, and assist union members. Collect membership dues and process merchandise sales. Assist with mailings, document scanning, filing, and record organization. Help maintain merchandise inventory. Support events and take on additional administrative responsibilities as training progresses.
Qualifications:
Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Administrative, clerical, or office support experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams. Professional communication skills and a helpful, service-focused approach. Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and follow through on tasks.
