Role Description: Party Animal is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Westlake, Ohio. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and great at keeping things moving. If you’re the person who loves a good checklist, catches the little things others miss, and takes pride in making sure everything comes together, you could be a great fit. What You’ll DoYou’ll work closely with our sales team and play an important role in bringing customer programs and new opportunities to life. Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating customer projects, product launches, and sales initiatives from start to finish  Preparing presentations, product information, pricing, quotes, and sales materials  Keeping customer information, product details, deadlines, and documentation organized and accurate  Following up on open projects and helping keep everyone on track  Communicating with customers and collaborating with teams across Party Animal  Helping prepare for customer meetings, presentations, and line reviews  Working with Excel and sales data to organize and analyze information  Supporting order and program execution for our retail partners  Anticipating what needs to happen next and making sure the details don’t get missed  Finding ways to make our sales team more organized and effective  Who We’re Looking For You don’t need years of sales experience to be successful here.
