Assistant Laboratory Director Job Description:
Full-time, travel opportunity 13 week contract Temp to perm option Great laboratory leadership and administration team! Weekly direct deposits Collaborates with the Director to plan, organize, and oversee Laboratory Services operations while ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Monitors Point-of-Care (POC) testing activities, prepares compliance reports, and provides follow-up and support to nursing departments to ensure adherence to established standards and requirements. Develops and maintains staff schedules and adjusts staffing assignments as needed to meet workload demands and operational needs. Assistant Laboratory Director Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's degree at minimum Must have ASCP or AMT certification Must have BLS certification Must have at least 3 years of clinical laboratory experience in all areas Must have at least 1 year of laboratory leadership experience Must have Florida State license along with Supervisor licensure
