Call Center Representative Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of INFINITI Fleet Safety Training—online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative handling outbound calls to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This role plays a critical part in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for our Account Executives to convert into closed business. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, and skilled at initiating conversations that lead to meaningful opportunities.
